Terms of Use
RFP Copilot is operated by Halyard Consulting. These terms describe the basic rules for using the product.
Decision Support Only
RFP Copilot provides decision-support for RFP and opportunity qualification and proposal planning. It is not legal, procurement, compliance, or proposal advice. Your team is responsible for final bid, no-bid, pricing, compliance, and submission decisions.
Your Materials
You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload RFPs, RFQs, grants, bids, procurement documents, source documents, company profiles, knowledge base materials, and other content you provide to the product. Avoid highly sensitive, confidential, regulated, privileged, or legally restricted materials unless you have permission and are comfortable storing them in RFP Copilot.
Responsible Use
Use public, redacted, sample, or non-sensitive materials where possible. RFP Copilot is decision-support only, and your team must manually verify deadlines, submission instructions, required forms, compliance items, and final pursuit decisions before acting.
Outputs Require Review
Product outputs may be incomplete, imperfect, or wrong. Review all recommendations, extracted facts, proposal artifacts, deadlines, compliance items, and submission requirements before relying on them.
Billing
Subscription checkout, payment, and billing management are handled through Stripe. Plan access may depend on the billing status returned by Stripe and reflected in your RFP Copilot account.
No Guarantee
RFP Copilot does not guarantee contract award, proposal success, procurement compliance, or buyer acceptance. Use the product as one input into your own review process.
